What should I do if my Sans water purifier leaks?Updated 11 days ago

If your Sans water purifier is leaking, follow these steps to attempt a resolution:

  1. Ensure the pitcher is docked correctly with the handle facing outward and the spout positioned over the spill tray. The pitcher lid should be inserted with the extended piece on the spout side.
  2. Remove the tap water tank to inspect the back housing for water, which may indicate misaligned filters. Ensure the filters lock properly.
  3. Check the connections where the tap water tank meets the base. Make sure the tank is flush with the machine and push down to secure a tight seal. Additionally, inspect and clean the spring-loaded valves to remove any obstructions.
  4. If leaking continues from the machine's bottom, inspect the internal pipes or connection points for damage.

Place the unit on a baking tray during these checks to catch any water and simplify the cleanup.
