If your Sans Water Purifier is leaking, stop using it and unplug the unit if it is safe to do so.

Before contacting support, check only the external setup:

1. Confirm that the glass pitcher handle faces outward and the pitcher lid's float sensor is positioned at the spout.
2. Confirm that the tap-water tank is seated flush against the machine and pressed down slightly to create a proper seal.
3. Check that the drip tray and pitcher are positioned correctly.

If the leak continues, do not open the machine or inspect internal pipes. Contact Sans support with a description of where the leak appears and photos or video if possible.
