How to Replace the Filters in Your Sans Water PurifierUpdated an hour ago

Swapping your filters is quick, and this video walks through each step. Here’s the full process in writing if you’d like to follow along.

What you’ll need

Your replacement filter(s): pre-carbon, RO, and/or VOC carbon.

Steps

  1. Remove the lid. Lift the hinged flap covering the tap water tank, then lift the lid off completely.
  2. Remove the tap water tank using the built-in handle.
  3. Replace the pre-carbon or RO filter. Push inward on the top of the filter while pulling the tab at the top upward to unlock it. Keep pushing the tab upward and the filter will begin to slide out.
  4. Replace the VOC carbon filter. Remove the RO filter first. The VOC carbon filter sits behind it and hinges out from the top. Unscrew it to remove it, insert the replacement, twist clockwise to lock it into place, then push the filter back in.
  5. Lock the filters in. When replacing the pre-carbon and RO filters, push them in, then push the tab down until it clicks into place.
  6. Reset the filter indicator. After replacing any filter, press and hold the reset button to enter reset mode. Tap to select the filter type, then press and hold to confirm the reset until the filter indicator stops flashing. The light will go off in a few seconds.

Flush your new filters

After replacing your filters, run four full tanks of water through the system and discard the water before drinking. This flushes the new filters and helps ensure the best taste from the start.
